The Brand Company team is a group of talented, committed and fun individuals who work together with a genuine LOVE  for each other and for the work that we do.

This is more like a user’s guide to The Brand Company. How do we roll? What is it like to work here? How do we define “excellent!”? What are our pet-peeves and what really energizes us. Consider it a guide on how to thrive as a member of our team.

It is 80% who we are and 20% who we want to be and like our culture itself, this book is a work in progress.
